With over 12 years of coaching and consulting experience, he has supported agile transformations at organizations like BMW, Interhyp, and Telefónica. Before his coaching career, Marc led application management teams of up to 80 people in banking and telecommunications. He actively contributes to the agile community as a partner in the Scrum-Events network and helps organize events like the Agile Castle Camp and Scrum-Day Germany. Part of the proceeds from his coaching and training engagements is reinvested in sustainable, non-profit projects.

Senada Kaufmann is a seasoned HR leader and certified communication coach specializing in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). With over 9 years of experience spanning global HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development, she has built and led HR functions for international companies and partnered with organizations like Allianz, Intel, and Personio. As an interim HR consultant, she helps businesses navigate talent management, change processes, and leadership development.
